I initially booked a promotional free session with Jen as part of my wedding photography package. A boudoir shoot is not something I would have gone out of my way to do on it's own, but I figured "why not?" Along with my wedding/engagement pics. I'm so happy I decided to do it!
Even with COVID precautions, Jen and Courtney went out of their way to make me feel comfortable in the studio. I'm not a particularly shy person but it can still be pretty awkward waltzing in your skimpiest underwear in front of strangers, but I felt sexy and confident with their encouragement.
Oh, and the pictures came out great! I don't know if I'll ever want to use another photography studio than MLB/MAP

If you are looking for the best experience for a boudoir shoot, look no further! Jen is absolutely amazing and made me feel so beautiful for my photos. I am not a model, but she made me feel like one! She knew all the positions to pose me in and all the tips and tricks to help me relax and get into our photoshoot. The photos came out more amazing than I could have ever imagined! My husband of course loves them too Jen is very nice to work with and very professional. 10/10 for all the talent and drive Jen puts towards her work and her clients!

Who expects to win a FaceBook contest?? I sure didn't. I never even considered doing a boudiour photoshoot but then I won! Not only did I win, but won the first place. I was so excited and so nervous. I first spoke with Courtney who has an incredible energy about her. She eased my nerves and walked me through the whole process. She gave me ideas for outfits and made a great recommendation for local hair and make-up. I almost cancelled my session about 3 times. How can I even think about doing something like this when I do not look like a model. I still showed up and so glad I did. Jen and Courtney were there to greet me, ease my fears and made me feel so comfortable. It was SO much fun. I felt beautiful and confident. The experience was incredible. Why did I not consider a boudoir shoot before? Best part, I now have the photos to help remind me of those feelings and how much fun and how exciting it was to get out of my comfort zone. Who knows, maybe one day I'll let my husband see the pictures too 🙂
