After you send

What happens after you hit submit.

Every inquiry arrives in our inbox and gets a personal response, almost always within one business day. The reply usually comes from Jen directly, not a templated booking sequence. It will name dates that are open, answer the questions you wrote into the inquiry, and propose a short consult call if there is more to talk through before holding a date.

If you decide to book, the session fee holds the date. From there you receive a wardrobe guide built around the format you chose, with brand recommendations, fit notes, and a short list of what photographs well. About a week before your session we schedule a final wardrobe call to finalize looks and answer any last-minute questions.

The session itself runs four to five hours. Two to three weeks after, you return for a reveal appointment where you see the gallery on a large screen, design your album, and choose what becomes wall art, what becomes digital files, what stays archived. Most clients spend an hour with their reveal. There is no minimum order.

For the strongest response

What to put in your inquiry.

You do not need to know what session you want or how much to spend to inquire. We will figure that out together. That said, the more specific you can be in the message, the faster and more useful our response. Helpful things to mention:

  • The occasion or reason. A wedding, an anniversary, a milestone birthday, a body change, or "for myself" all point to different formats and timelines.
  • A target window. Even a rough one. "Sometime before October" or "next 60 days" is enough to start sequencing.
  • Which studio is closer. Dallas (McKinney) or Los Angeles (Valencia). If you are not sure, list a city and we will tell you.
  • Visual references if you have them. Photographers you admire, mood-board screenshots, specific images from our portfolio you keep coming back to. These help the consult call go faster.
  • Anything worth knowing. Nerves, body considerations, scheduling constraints, surprises you are planning around. Whatever you would want us to know in advance.

If you do not have all of those answers, send what you have. We will fill the rest in together.
