Celina has been one of the fastest-growing cities in the country for several years running, and the studio has grown with it. Many of our newer clients moved to Celina from Frisco, Plano, or out-of-state, and book boudoir sessions as part of marking the new chapter.

Celina is family-heavy and weekend-focused, so sessions here cluster on Friday afternoons and Saturdays. Maternity and milestone-birthday bookings are common, often tied to the rhythm of a young family.

Celina has spent several years as one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, and most of our clients here arrived recently: a move from Frisco or Plano, a relocation from out of state, a brand-new build in one of the master-planned communities off the Dallas North Tollway. Sessions cluster on Friday afternoons and Saturdays around the rhythm of young families. The historic Celina square anchors the older part of town while the new neighborhoods fill in fast.

Most Celina clients are in a transitional phase: a new home, a new city, a young family, a new chapter. Boudoir sessions become part of that transition for a meaningful share of these clients. The studio's editorial approach gives them a body of work that holds up beyond the moment.

Maternity is the leading format from Celina, with classic boudoir close behind. Couples sessions tied to milestone anniversaries are also common. Most Celina clients order leather-bound albums sized for bedside or closet display.

From Celina the route runs south and east toward Highway 75, then a short distance north to the West University Drive exit, roughly 25 minutes from most neighborhoods. Tollway-side communities sometimes prefer the Tollway to 380 connection. Studio parking is free and dedicated. Saturday is the most-requested day from Celina and books first, so reach out early if a specific weekend matters.

Celina questions

From Celina clients.

Can I book a Saturday session?
Yes. Saturdays are our busiest day and book first. Inquire as early as possible if you have a specific Saturday in mind, particularly during spring and fall bridal seasons.
Is there a children's waiting area at the studio?
We do not have a dedicated childcare space. Most clients arrange care during the session. The session is designed to be your time, uninterrupted.
We just moved to Celina. Is now a strange time to book?
Not at all. A meaningful share of our Celina clients book during a transition: new home, new city, new chapter. The session becomes part of marking it. You do not need a special occasion beyond wanting the work.
Are weekend sessions available for working parents?
Yes. Saturdays are our busiest day and book first, particularly in spring and fall. Friday afternoons are also popular with Celina families. Inquire as early as you can if you have a specific date in mind.
What does a Marilyn Lou Boudoir session cost in Celina?
Session fees start at $399 for studio sessions and $549 for location sessions. Hair and makeup is available. Products are purchased separately. Most Celina clients invest between $1,000 and $2,000 total.
How long is the session for Celina clients?
Plan on four to five hours start to finish: 60 to 90 minutes of professional hair and makeup, then two to three hours of directed photography across multiple wardrobe changes and setups.
What if I have never done a boudoir session before?
Most clients have not. The studio is designed around the assumption you do not know how to pose, what to wear, or what to do with your hands. Every part of the session is directed.
