- Do Newport wedding planners refer to you?
- Yes. Several Newport-area planners regularly refer their brides to us for bridal boudoir as a wedding-day gift to the partner. If you are working with a planner, ask them about timing the session around your wedding date.
- Can you shoot on a yacht or harbor property?
- On a private harbor-side property, yes. We do not currently shoot boudoir on yachts, though we can recommend a few photographers who specialize in that format.
- What does a Marilyn Lou Boudoir session cost in Newport Beach?
- Session fees start at $399 for studio sessions and $549 for location sessions. Hair and makeup is available. Products are purchased separately. Most Newport Beach clients invest between $1,000 and $2,000 total.
- How long is the session for Newport Beach clients?
- Plan on four to five hours start to finish: 60 to 90 minutes of professional hair and makeup, then two to three hours of directed photography across multiple wardrobe changes and setups.
- What if I have never done a boudoir session before?
- Most clients have not. The studio is designed around the assumption you do not know how to pose, what to wear, or what to do with your hands. Every part of the session is directed.
