What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), location preference, session type interest, and any message you write to us. When you book a session, we collect billing information necessary to process payment.

How we use it

Information from inquiries is used to respond to you, schedule sessions, send wardrobe guides, and follow up after your session. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our inquiry form, you agree to receive text messages from Marilyn Lou Boudoir at the phone number you provide, including appointment, customer-care, and marketing messages, some sent using automated technology. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of booking a session. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests promptly and send messages only during permitted hours.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The phone number and the consent you provide when opting in to text messaging will not be shared with any third parties.

Your imagery

Photographs created during your session are not shared publicly without your written consent. Our studio model release is opt-in, not opt-out. If you decline release, your images remain entirely private.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and, optionally, Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. These tools collect anonymized usage data.
